Sherry creates a relaxed and supportive, calm place to discuss concerns. She takes the time to listen, explore, and collaborate with her clients to gain an understanding of their transitions in life and specific, needs. She believes people have incredible strengths, and these strengths can help to solve problems and gain understanding.

Sherry has experience working with children 8 years old to adolescents and as well as couples and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and adjustments in life. She has experience coaching children and adults with learning challenges. Sherry empowers women of all ages to better self-acceptance and to meet their unique, potential. She is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and works with clients to achieve and maintain balance bringing harmony and fulfillment to their lives.

Sherry received a Masters Degree from the University of Michigan and utilizes an integrated approach to meet clients needs. Her therapy techniques are Person-Centered, Interpersonal, and Holistic. Sherry has strengths in Dialectical Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Family and Solution -Focused Therapy. Sherry has a Certificate in Aging and joins with people through experiences of loss and grief.

Clients have described Sherry as empathetic, available, and ethical. She is an outstanding teacher and listener. She is professional and able to relate to the needs of her clients.
