Jessica Little

MA, LPC, ATR

I am a firm believer that every person has the capacity to make changes in their life. My goal as a therapist is to foster an environment where my clients decide to make changes for themselves, while working from a humanistic foundation. The relationships I build with my clients are genuine, nonjudgmental, and key to the process of change. My responsibility is to support choices and changes you want to make in order to feel motivated to be the best version of yourself.

Your journey is unique, and every person has their own individual goals, background, values, and expectations. My focus is planning therapy around your unique needs, and my practice consists of working with clients of all ages and backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. I aim to help individuals from all walks of life find wholeness through emotional and spiritual growth.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am clinically trained as an art therapist. The integration of counseling and art therapy is key to my approach, when applicable to your needs. I believe that art is an incredible vehicle for the healing process, with the power to enhance traditional therapy and the relationship between client and therapist.

Credentials:
