Clergy Assessment

Samaritan Counseling Center offers church denominations a professional assessment of their ministry, candidates' strengths, and liabilities in the personal and interpersonal dynamics of their lives.

Church members and leaders have an understandable expectation that their ministers possess an ability to self-reflect, empathize with others, and to be persons of integrity, altruism and honesty.   During their academic training, ministry students may be very attentive to the rigorous intellectual demands of their Calling but may minimize the vital roles of self-knowledge, unaddressed interpersonal needs, self-defeating behavior and judgmental thought patterns.

Call SCC at 248-474-4701 for more information on the content and process of the Clergy Assessment.
