We are truly honored to be asked to share the story of our former SCC client who is reaching an important milestone and celebrating 20 years of life by encouraging others to offer the gift of counseling services by supporting our Client Assistance Fund! We appreciate you so much, Michelle!

"On May 9, 2006, when I was in 8th grade, I attempted suicide. The 20 years since that day have been a gift. Samaritan Counseling Center supported me through that dark time, through the ups and downs of high school, and even through my time in college. Samaritan played a huge role in my recovery and growth as a youth and then as a young adult, and I'm so grateful. I know firsthand the impact that Samaritan has on people's lives and I want to celebrate how far I've come by raising money for Samaritan's Client Assistance Fund, so they can continue to help all people, even those who don't have insurance or can't afford to pay the standard fee.
