As a counselor and art therapist, I am a strong believer in the power of finding healing through creative expression. I work from an integrative mind/body perspective to explore thoughts, emotions and sensations that you be uncertain about how to express. I also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR, and would love to see if these would be helpful approaches to explore for you. I strive to offer a welcoming space for people that are working towards their own healing, whether you understand what that looks like right now or not. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, alone or confused, I would love to offer you the opportunity to explore an approach to therapy that focuses on all of you - your mind, body and spirit.
