MA, LLP

When we experience trauma or severe life stressors, it may feel like our lives are unraveling and out of control. My greatest passion is helping people re-establish their balance and sense of purpose. My clients include couples, individuals, and young adults. We work together to discover and create healthy perceptions of themselves, what meaning this will have in their lives. We also examine how they might improve their relationships so they can root themselves in a place of safety, peace, and wholeness.

I believe no single approach works with every person, so I use a variety of approaches that include Cognitive-Behavioral, Supportive therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.

My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Humanistic and Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, an APA accredited program in the Detroit area. Humanistic and Clinical Psychology emphasizes the health and wellness of whole person. The focus is on the uniqueness of each individual while knowing people are motivated to achieve their own potential. My philosophy aligns with this form of positive regard for people’s unique needs, strengths and desires for growth.

I hope to walk along beside you on this path of increasing fulfillment, balance, and joy in your life.
