Grief is not a straight line – it comes in waves, shifts over time, and affects every part of life. This six-week seminar offers a compassionate and practical space to better understand the grieving process, reflect on your own experience, and connect with others who are navigating loss. Each one-hour session includes teaching and meaningful discussion, allowing participants to gain insight, share as they feel comfortable, and leave with practical tools for moving forward with hope.

Facilitator Bio:

Amy Elwert, MSW, with Samaritan Counseling Center, is a limited-licensed social worker who has served in hospice care and facilitated structured grief support with adults and children.  She has walked alongside individuals and families through end-of-life transitions and bereavement.  Amy is committed to creating safe and hope-filled spaces that offer practical tools for navigating loss.
